Aussie Wildlife

The Australia Walkabout Wildlife Park an hour north of Sydney in the Central Coast region is a great place to get up close and personal with some of Australia's unique wildlife. The Park has a wide variety of animals and reptiles in a natural bush setting and visitors can mingle with the animals who are quite used to human visitors. The Park is exceptionally well managed by a dedicated group of rangers. There is plenty of interest going on all day. A regular schedule of interesting talks about the inhabitants, boomerang throwing lessons and guided walks through the bush where visitors can learn about 'bush tucker' are among the many attractions. A picnic area and kiosk mean that you can spend a day here and enjoy a day with the variety of kangaroos, wallabies, emu's, dingoes, tassie devils and the appealing koala's.
